I made a list of my goals- I made a list of my weekly weight loss goals, starting with the fastest rate of weight loss in the first few weeks and then slower weight loss in the weeks to follow. I also made a list of my personal goals which included being able to jog for more than 60 seconds and having the energy to be a super mom for me new little man.

I got the info- I researched some different diet plans. There are good and bad reviews for every single one, but I liked what I read on the South Beach Diet.
I found enjoyable ways to exercise- I discovered that I absolutely love exercising that relaxes me and doesn't feel strenuous. I enjoy taking my baby for long walks around the lake and he loves it too. Also, I discovered that yoga is not only good for your body, but it's good for your mind.
